“We will insist that Facebook has entered in a license agreement or we will be forced forward unilaterally to protect our property” the company said in a statement.

“Yahoo has a responsibility to employees, shareholders and stakholder to protect our intellectual property” he said.

The Company has clarified some points that Yahoo has licensed the technology but has yet to explain the other companies that use such licenses and does not explain the nominal value of claims filed by Yahoo.
