People assume that just any and every one can be a writer; well this is true to a point. Everyone one that can read spell and write and combine words to form sentences and paragraphs to a certain level but not everyone can write professional level work. This is where people get confused. You may see that you have 100 articles and another writer also has 100 articles on a particular site, but his articles seem to be generating a lot more views than yours and then you wonder why. Well, you don’t know how much time effort and research that this guy spent into his work also you don’t know how long he has been writing and how much experience he has in that field. You must think of these things, remember not all articles are created equally.

Writing is a skill that is learnt, to get your work up to a professional level or maybe you don’t need to be a professional but you just want to improve you quality a bit, the only way this will happen is by practice, the more that you write the easier and better you will become at it. Take the sport of basketball as an example of this, now everybody can shoot the ball at the hoop and even if you are not good at it every once in a while you would get it to go in, but with practice your technique and skill of the sport will improve and instead of scoring a basket every once in a while you would be scoring most of the time. Just think of your work as a writer like this, at the beginning most of your work may not be the biggest hits but with time and practice the majority of you work well become big hits.
