Why I No Longer Write For Triond

I’ll always be grateful to Triond for the ideas and connections they have given me but I could see from very early on it wasn’t going to be a good writing site for me. In this article I will go through the reasons why that is.

Before I start with the bad, let me tell you the one thing I loved about Triond. The site allows you to publish anything. Articles, photos, audio and video. As a writer/ photographer, as well as someone who likes to film occasionally I found this very useful.

Sadly this is the only good thing I found with Triond. As your a teenager who just wants to write for fun then you are going to want to be paid for the articles you write. Sadly Triond isn’t highly ranked which leads to poor views, and in turn poor earnings.

The highest payment I ever received from Triond was just over $7. The rest of the time my earning had been well under $1 and after a few months I didn’t see the point in writing for the site anymore. As a who wants to be taken seriously and make a living from it I need to be making decent money.

So far the only site I have found with writing for is ExpertsColumn, but I’m hoping to find more in the future.
