Commencement Ceremony is a complete meal to feed ones sacrifices of trainings; a turning point that will give either an ego or humility.

"Clear vision of future will depend on how many miles you can walk backwards". All successful people in the world can say that awards doesn't counts any worth; rather who you become after receiving it and how you make use of it in doing the right service will value most.

Any institution you came from will just be an ordinary structure whatever popularity it has in the society; you, having the skills and knowledge will determine how you can make a life changing moves even without this structure if the purpose is right.
It's inspiring that so many Diplomats still keep their feet on the ground and knows how to take a bow; a true service in heart and mind that will definitely mark in the world without asking for any recognition. In other way, it's sad to see that ordinary people will have
the guts to have lot of pride.

Reality speaks that it takes a lot of effort to have the Title Name MD, FPCP, Engr., Arch., Phar., RN, MF, MS, PhD, etc. However, having it is just a privilege not an ownership like other who thinks it is. It's not been given to be above to anyone else rather to be an instrument in helping others in need. It depends on the result not to one self but to the community every finish project of each professional has made that determine if this title have been achieved. So ironic to know that there are countries having a lot of Professionals but still suffering from scarcity of best service when it comes to Economy, Health, Education, and Infrastructures. Often good enough is not the right term for a better life.

Know it all should not the description for every professional, because there's nothing wrong from saying "I don't know" in some part of ones craft. It will never cause a decrease in the professional value rather plus points for good improvements. Changes will always start in oneself. How exciting to live in a world where all are inclined into one goal and that is to follow the right ethics in every profession. Live a life not just for personal benefits but to the entire community.
