The Unspoken Words

Love is so powerful that it sometimes makes us speechless and unable to say what we had to say, but it's true that actions can express the feelings best.

Love is Powerful

Nothing is stronger than the power of love
It's the greatest gift from heaven above
It conquers us all and captures our hearts
True love that binds us not to ever part

You held my hands but I could not resist
Nor could I defy the warmth of your lips
Your arms confined me in a tight embrace
And cuddled me with your gentle sweet caress

Unspoken Words

There were words I wanted to tell you
But I never got the chance to do so
I wonder if you still want to know
Those words that are meant for you

Just look at my eyes and see me through
They never lie for they reveal what's true
For what you see is a reflection of you
Deep in my heart there's a place for you

I was completely flustered and lost for words
When you kissed my lips that rattled my thoughts
Those words I had to tell you are in my heart still untold
They may remain unspoken yet somehow you need to know

Yet, I guess those words are better left unsaid
They're so inadequate and are hard to express
Each moment with you makes me speechless
I'd rather not say them for actions do it best
