Tip 11. Back to basic and make your business simple to manage. Don’t let your business lose its track but know the basic fundamentals where you established your business. Keep it straight forward and simple for you to promote or advertise, giving your business complexities like having automation which is not needed yet, will cause some difficulties for you to handle.
Tip 12. Continue in learning, make a bunch of research. By researching about your business constantly you will find ideas and can make you creative enough to operate your business. From your research, be creative and imaginative to make improvements to your business, have fun and don’t let make your business be timid and dull.
Tip 13. Learn from the testimonies of others that you could connect to your own business. Because the best teacher is experience this also can be applied to business. You can extract important things from a testimony of a fellow business man especially if their business is in line with your business.
Tip 14. Try to make a pattern in your business. By having a pattern will make your business processes simple and organize. A pattern could be a step by step instruction in dealing transaction with your customers, as much as possible don’t let your business processes be freestyle but have one pattern you and your associates to follow.
Tip 15. You need to develop a great team – empower your team to make decisions, to solve problems, train them, invest in them, involve them in your business and reward them well and you’ll be able to retire. This includes getting a great team of specialist advisors around you too.
Tip 16. Record everything and it is better to have a diary where you will write everything that happened to your business. Tracking your business regularly will help you improve your business strategy and you can pin point the times where there is problem and what cause that problem.
Tip 17. Exert the best you have, give yourself some time where you can evaluate about the things that you have done for your business. Stop blaming others if there is something happened wrong but start to evaluate yourself where did you lack in why the wrong existed.
Tip 18. Be involved in the accounting of your business don’t just look to your net income but be the master of your statistics that reflected on the accounting sheet. Know the status of your money and make it relative to your strategy. Reflect, is your strategy working to produce you income?
Tip 19. Always appreciate your customer and try to make it “The customer is always right”. Don’t be offensive when dealing with your customer and always think that in your business the boss is your customers. Give them a good impression about your business and don’t forget to say thank you to them.

Tip 20. Objectives are not enough but as your business begins to root, it means that you should already have your vision. Look to your business 5 years or 10 years after; is it still as it was? Or is your business gone to the top? Clarify your business’ vision and make it sure that your business will align to your vision.
