Many people are taking life too seriously.

They forget that in the grand system of things, nothing really matter.

Even if the Earth suffers a major nuclear crisis, so what? Does it matter? Not to us, since we will be dead.

It does not matter in the universe too, since the universe is far too big, and planet Earth is too small.

There are many things happen to upset us every day.

One annoying element is the traffic jam in the morning and evening rush hour.

We cannot do anything about it. That is the most annoying part of it.

We just have to bear with the slow traffic. We might curse and swear, and still the movement remains minimum.

What can we do about it? Nothing much.

We just have to take life easy, and use the time to listen to the music or motivation talks if we have the access to it.

Some people like to reach home at the same time every day.

It is upsetting that they cannot reach home on time. When the weather is bad, and the rain keeps pouring, it makes their mood sinks.

That is the time to learn to take life easy.

We have to learn to accept the things that we cannot change.

Even if we get soaking wet when we reach home, we have to bear in mind that we are far better than the homeless people.

At least we have a place to call home. At least we do not have to stay out in the street in this kind of cold and wet weather.

Take life easy is the only way to keep our peace. Take life easy is the only way to reduce stress from modern living.

After all, we all die in the end. A thousand years from now, nobody cares whether we have stuck in the traffic jam for an hour or ten hours.

It does not matter at all.

Very good thoughts, we cannot change much of this world. So let's do what we can to make the little part we can do as positive as we can. The eternity - God will take care of it and us if we are his friends.

If we keep our cool we will live longer.

Good advice, but letting go of irritation about things that upset us is a very difficult habit to foster.

I agree with you. And we have to count our blessings rather than fret. Thanks for the share.
