Stress Is Good For You
Now it is nothing new, a little bit of stress or pressure has always been good for your body and well being. We all like the occasional adrenalin rush for the thrills we have in the ups and downs of modern life.Stress gives us the necessary strength to find the ultimate solution to our problems. Now research is showing us that pressure is good for us and can slow down the ageing process.
Stress Makes You Ill?
Stress today is one of the main reasons for sickness in the workplace. Back in the 1980's it was back pain and the bad back was the main reason for absence in the workshops and offices.Nowadays back problems have declined by 50%.

Stress the Modern Illness
How many people can remember stress being the cause of having to miss work in the 1960's and 1970's?It was barely heard of then and I suppose there is always a trend for ilness's as well, but the modern lifestyle has taken its toll and the taxpayer has to bear some of the burden for those that cannot cope with the pressures of work.
There are no new illness's to catch and mental illness is nothing new and I'd like to think genuine cases of metal illness get the full and deserving proper treatment in the
People are not ashamed of being stressed ,maybe it is so stressful for them as they do all the hard work.
Is the workplace really such a stressful place? And how many people believe that stress is actually good for you. Should stress really mean that doctors will be prescribing drugs that may do you more harm than the stress itself!
