Should children really be spanked on their bare bottom? I think not.  There are many debates on whether this should be allowed or not, but it is still left up to the parent to decide. Before you decide, read this and think about all the negative results spanking naked can cause. Many parents don’t think about the fact that it can cause problems. All they think about is the fact that the child has done something wrong and needs to be severely punished. This pretty well says the parent does not know what else to do, so they’ve decided that hitting the child is the best resort.

Many of the people who spank children on the bare bottom do it because they were done that way when they were a child. What they do not think about is all the problems they had as a teenager. Studies have shown that children who are spanked with clothing removed are sexually active at early ages. It has also shown that they interpret spanking as a sexual foreplay. If you look, you will notice that after a boy is spanked he is semi erect. If you do the same observation after the boy was spanked with his pants and underwear up, you will notice nothing happened to their private parts.

Another problem is that when the child becomes a tween they will never want the parent to see them unclothed. They will say that it is embarrassing. This actually is untrue. They are more scared than is okay to spank a child on their bare bottom or just on top of their

They are embarrassed. They remember when they were little and how they were usually naked when they were being hit. Studies have shown that kids who were not spanked on the bare bottom do not care if the parent sees them naked as a teen.

The reason parents insist on spanking bare bottom is because it means they do not have to swing as hard. The problem is that they usually swing just as hard without noticing. If they would just do it with the pants up, they may have to give a few more spankings for it to be a full punishment, but that is better than the child developing problems later on in life.
