Go Through Slavery

Slavery is the highest sin which can individual perform when hiring a person for tremendous use of with a predetermined purpose . It is an act which should be condemned by everyone  especially those who generally practice the same. In some countries, now also we find the same but with a different name. People should realize that they are making the other individual to suffer a lot through the tremendous work being extracted from them. A person who performs the job for his master is known as slave and is given a little offering . It is sad to note that most of them suffer from psychological stress and strain. It is very sad to know  that sometime it results in death of the slave.

Being human is good. To be little bit considerate will not harm the purpose of leading a normal life. It is essential to take help of others in case of need but not to treat them as slaves but as helpers who can assist to the best possible extent without much exert. The best way to help the helper is to make him understand the requirement of the job and also give them enough time to do the same. Some time may be allotted for rest in between. The efficiency will not only  increase but also the productivity will increase simultaneously.

The response will be positive and the overall performance will be excellent. Work environment also plays an important role in one’s life. Providing the basic amenities should be given to the helper and make him comfortable with his life. It should be welfare oriented way. Nothing can replace a human sacrifice of age, time and energy. This should be kept in mind when the work is to be allotted to the respective individual.  But punishment be given only when things get beyond control depending upon the nature.  But not taking the law in hand.
 

Making a person to work like a slave should be avoided. Showing the right path of life and giving all the benefits which he is entitled will help him in a long run for safe and secured life.
