SimCity Social - Quest Guide 7

This guide details some of the quests you'll encounter as you finish Chapter 4 and start Chapter 5 of the storyline in Simcity Social, the new city-building simulation game on Facebook from the company behind the popular Sims Social title. There are also some non-chaptered quests in this guide.

As always, I list the quests in the order I complete them, so you may need to consult one of my other guides for this game if you're looking for information on a quest not listed in this particular guide.

Chapter 4: I Want My Mummy!
Quest Name: Mean Talking Blues

Requirements

• Build the Atlas Statue
• Perform 6 Rival Actions in Neighboring Cities (Skip for 6 Diamonds)
• Have a Rivals Relationship (Skip for 15 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 250 Simoleons
• 4 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• Diamonds are the premium currency for this game.
• The Atlas Statue costs 8,000 Simoleons in the Shop.
• Rival Actions are the ones with the devil face. Keep doing them to achieve the Rivals relationship status with that particular neighbor.

Chapter 4: I Want My Mummy!
Quest Name: Eanie Meanie

Requirements

• Build a Foe Building (Skip for 10 Diamonds)
• Leave 3 Poopin' Birds Surprises (Skip for 15 Diamonds)
• Upgrade a History Museum to 2-Stars (Skip for 20 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 500 Simoleons
• 4 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• This quest marks the end of Chapter 4. You'll receive a chapter completion bonus of 2,000 Simoleons, 8 Experience Points, and rewards to share with friends once you've finished it.

Chapter 5: High Society
Quest Name: Meet Felicity Buckingham

Requirements

• Have a Level 6 Home (Skip for 10 Diamonds)
• Have a 3-Star Scenic Pond
• Have a 3-Star City Plaza (Skip for 20 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 750 Simoleons
• 5 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

Quest Name: The Great Escape

Requirements

• Have 3 Land Expansions
• Investigate the Escape Pod 3 times (Ask friends for help)
• Question 5 Witnesses (Skip for 5 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 375 Simoleons
• 6 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• Ask friends to help you investigate the Escape Pod by posting a request to your Facebook News Feed.
• Click Homes and select 'Question Witnesses.'

Quest Name: Want Lies With That?

Requirements

• Have 3 Feuding Relationships
• Earn 1,000 Simoleons from Diners (Skip for 10 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 1,500 Simoleons
• 4 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

Quest Name: Abe's Bowl-o-Rama!

Requirements

• Have 3 Business Cards
• Build a Bowling Alley (Skip for 6 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 250 Simoleons
• 5 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• The Bowling Alley costs 14,000 Simoleons in the shop. It requires 3 clicks and 3 Business Cards to finish.

Quest Name: Good For The Sole

Requirements

• Collect 5 White Petals (Skip for 5 Diamonds)
• Collect 5 Pink Petals (Skip for 5 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 125 Simoleons
• 5 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• Click Flowerbeds of the required colors, white and pink, to find the petals. Select 'Click Petals' to collect them.
• If you don't have any Pink or White Flowerbeds in your city, you can visit Don's city and collect the Petals from his flowerbeds.

Quest Name: Farm-Fresh Feet

Requirements

• Acquire 3 Amazonian Leech Plants (Skip for 6 Diamonds)
• Plant 5 Artichoke Crops (Skip for 10 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 500 Simoleons
• 5 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• Click 3 different Botanical Gardens to collect the Amazonian Leech Plants.
• Upgrade your Vegetable Farms to 1-Star in order to unlock the Artichoke crop. You can speed them up for 1 Diamond each.

Quest Name: Good Neighbors

Requirements

• Perform 10 Friendly Actions at Factories (Skip for 10 Diamonds)
• Collect 1 Bliss

Rewards

• 375 Simoleons
• 6 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• Visit friends' cities and perform Friendly actions there to have the chance to get Bliss. It drops randomly, though, so you may have to expend quite a bit of energy in order to receive one.

Quest Name: Box Clever

Requirements

• Leave 5 Hot Air Balloon Surprises (Skip for 15 Diamonds)
• Have 3 Partners Relationships

Rewards

• 500 Simoleons
• 6 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends
