SimCity Social - Quest Guide 6

In SimCity Social, a Facebook-based city-building simulation game made by the company behind the hit PC game series The Sims, players complete quests in order to progress through the game. This guide was written to help you finish some of the quests open to you when you play the game. It includes information on the requirements and rewards for each quest listed, as well as some hints and tips to make finishing them a little easier.

Quest Name: Overheating Underwire

Requirements

• Ask 3 friends for Inanimate Carbon Rods (Ask friends or skip for 1 Diamond)

Rewards

• 4 Experience Points
• 1 Land Permit
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• Diamonds are the premium currency in this game.
• Get Inanimate Carbon Rods by posting a request to your News Feed for them.

Quest Name: Something Is Rotten...

Requirements

• Ask friends for 3 Supply Contracts (Ask friends or skip for 15 Diamonds)
• Perform 3 Rival Actions at Vegetable Farms (Skip for 6 Diamonds)
• Perform 3 Rival Actions at Bakeries (Skip for 6 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 500 Simoleons
• 4 Experience Points
• Rewards to share via feed post

NOTES

• Get Supply Contracts by posting a request to your News Feed for them.
• Rival Actions are indicated with devil-face icons in action menus.

Chapter 4: I Want My Mummy!
Quest Name: County Pharaoh

Requirements

• Chop down 10 Trees (Skip for 5 Diamonds)
• Dig around the Vegetable Farm (Skip for 1 Diamond)
• Have at least 2 Vegetable Farms (Skip for 6 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 250 Simoleons
• 4 Experience Points
• Rewards to share via feed post

NOTES

• Click a Vegetabke Farm and select 'Dig Around.'

Quest Name: Transformation

Requirements

• Reach the Arcology Phase 1
• Population Target 0 4,000
• Order Agent Sunglasses 1 time (Skip for 5 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 1.000 Simoleons
• 4 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• Upgrade the Secret Government Facility to Level 1 to finish the first requirement.
• Click the Mayor's House, then 'Order Agent Sunglasses.'

Quest Name: Borderlands

Requirements

• Buy a Land Expansion (Skip for 5 Diamonds)
• Build a Road
• Build 5 Homes (Skip for 5 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 125 Simoloens
• 5 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

Chapter 4: I Want My Mummy!
Quest Name: Plow Power

Requirements

• Plant a Corn Crop (Skip for 3 Diamonds)
• Plant a Tomato Crop (Skip for 3 Diamonds)
• Plant a Soybean Crop (Skip for 3 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 375 Simoleons
• 4 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

Quest Name: Please Take Your Seats!

Requirements

• Build a Furniture Factory (Skip for 8 Diamonds)
• Build 5 Weary-Dude Comfotrons (Skip for 5 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 500 Simoleons
• 5 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• Find the Furniture Factory on the 'Factories' tab of the Shop menu. It costs 8,750 Simoleons and requires 3 clicks to build.
• Once it's built, click it again and select 'Build Comfotron.'

Quest Name: Relaxation Relapse

Requirements

• Collect 4 times from the Furniture Factory (Skip for 4 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 250 Simoleons
• 5 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

Chapter 4: I Want My Mummy!
Quest Name: Plow Power

Requirements

• Plant 1 Corn Crop
• Plant 1 Tomato Crop
• Plany 1 Soybean

Rewards

• 375 Simoleons
• 4 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• Plant all these crops on Vegetable Farms.

Quest Name: The Means Justify The Friends

Requirements

• Visit 1 Neighbor

Rewards

• 250 Simoleons
• 6 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

Quest Name: Good Neighbors

Requirements

• Perform 10 Friendly Actions at Factories (Skip for 10 Diamonds)
• Collect 1 Bliss (Skip for 18 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 375 Simoleons
• 6 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• Bliss drops randomly from friendly interactions.

Chapter 4: I Want My Mummy!
Quest Name: Operation 'I Wany My Mummy'

Requirements

• Have 3 Foam Fingers
• Have at least 1 Hayseed
• Begin your Egyptian Collection (Skip for 3 Diamonds)

Rewards

• 250 Simoleons
• 4 Experience Points
• Rewards to share with friends

NOTES

• Click a History Museum and select 'Install Egyptian Exhibit' to finish the final requirement for this quest.

Chapter 4: I Want My Mummy!
Quest Name: Brand New Old Stuff

Requirements

• Have a 1-Star History Museum (Skip for 15 Diamonds)
• Have 4 Level 5 Homes
• Population Target - 1,700

Rewards

• 1,500 Simoleons
• 4 Experience Points
