Siberian Husky Awesome Dog Breed

Siberian Huskies are strong working dogs. They are really awesome dogs.  Eyes can be blue, brown amber blue and half brown or can have one blue eye and one brown eye. Coat colors include all from black to white and some have markings on the head. They can have a very wide range of eye colors and coat colors.

Siberian Huskies are very loving dogs. They do like to play a lot. These dogs who really like and love their families. This is a very high energy dog when puppy. They are very good with kids. Huskies are very smart dogs. Huskies may be hard to get them house broken but it can be done. This breed likes to howl very badly especially when alone and gets bored easily so you have to keep them busy. Does not do well if by themselves for a long period of time without a great deal of exercise before hand.

Male dogs are 20 to 25 inches in height. Females are19 to 25 inches in height.These are the normal heights but there can be variations. Males weigh 40-75 pounds. Females weigh 30-65 pounds. There can also be weight variations. They get hip problems such as hip dysplasia easily and eye problems. Huskies do better with more room to run. They need a walk everyday. They can live in an apartment but 2 long walks would be best. They live about 11-15 years. These are really great dogs.
