I have a few friends who are much older than me but look younger. I have kept the questions I’d like to ask them regarding the secret they have to remain young and healthy. Finally the occasion arose when one of them hosted a monthly meeting only attended by the housewives of the neighborhood where I live.
When a housewife is requested to hold a meeting in her house, she should prepare foods and drinks for all members who are present. Besides that she should be able answer questions regarding anything that any member may have in mid. I had had the questions for a long time, and I thought this was the perfect time to ask her her beauty secret.
She told us all that there were not difficult to remain beautiful because of having beautiful skin. It is not expensive to keep her skin healthy, either. She said that she did not need to go to the beauty salon nor had special skin treatment. Here are the things she has done to remain young and beautiful.
• She does a regular physical workout every morning at least 30 minutes. She tries not to be too tired when exercising.
• She uses a shower when bathing. She lets her face poured with showering water.
• She does the best she can to avoid direct sunlight when she goes out. Wearing a hat and sunglasses are the things she does.
• She eats some aloe vera flesh every day. She just peels the skin of aloe vera and eats the flesh.
• The peeled skin of the aloe vera is still used as the inner part of the skin still retains the fleshy layer that she rubs her face with.
• She eats a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. For fruits, she prefers bananas.
• Last but not least, she manages herself to avoid being stressed as much as possible
This tip is probably not complete but will do us all good.
