Light is the absence of darkness and darkness is the absence of Light – a simple logic and truth! According to bible the nature of God is light, and it confirms the darkness to the reality of Satan especially when darkness disappears in the presence of light. The enticement of Satan seems to fake always the truthfulness in Godliness, as bible warns about the great deception – as it is written in 2 Corinthians 11:14 (NIV Bible) – “And no wonder! Even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light”. Besides, the craftiness and mesmerizing powers of Satan apparently seems remarkable (2 Corinthians 11:3) – as he never give a chance to the unsuspecting victim to doubt.

It appears that Satan has embraced the changes along with the new covenant faith with his covertness and excellence, where many Christians failed to recognize his transformation. Without the right discernment from God, most of us are still vulnerable to the deception of Satan especially when deciphering the true revelation from God. In addition, the works of Satan is always manifested through his disciples on this earth – to deceive, steal and kill. Regardless of their diversified appearance and nature, the presences of his followers are inevitable in this world – perfectly supporting the notion about devil as a king, which is mentioned in 2 Corinthians 4:4.

As a fact, the demonstration of darkness in the form of cruelty and destruction can be observed elsewhere in this world. But in the midst of Christianity, the disciples of darkness appears to be placid and thus making them hardly recognizable – as they are outwardly spiritual and inwardly secular in nature. This could be the perfect description of devil dwelling in most churches in the world: “A wolf in the hide of a sheep”. Sadly, the world is now filled with such prophets of secular nature; desiring the fame and prosperity under the title of blessings, undermining the divine precepts of God for fulfilling their daily needs with a vision of materialistic future.

Since the darkness is gaining the power and control momentarily in this world, the confidence in the light is fading away gradually in the hearts of many people – unable to trust God completely for their provisions. Often frustrated and confused, many even doubt in the effectiveness of devoted prayer. Therefore, embrace the true light through the acts of righteousness to evade the deception and the vigor of darkness.
