According to Lindsay Blankmeyer, a former student of the Stonehill College in Massachusetts, constantly hearing the loud night activities from her roommate and her boyfriend caused her to have serious suicidal depression. Today Lindsay is suing the school for not doing anything about it.
Lindsay Blankmeyer, a former Stonehill College student is today suing the university her roommate’s loud sexual acts.

According to Blankmeyer, the school violated the Rehabilitation Act and the Federal Fair Housing Act when the authorities denied her a reasonable alternative accommodation when she was facing problems with her roommate’s loud bed activities with her boyfriend.
All Blankmeyer wanted was to move peacefully to a quite, single room where she could have some peace of mind to focus on her study.
Blankmeyer alleges that her roommate was having a lot of loud acts with her boyfriend while she was trying to get some sleep. According to Blankmeyer not only was her roommate doing that with her boyfriend while she tried to sleep but also she engaged in inappropriate video chatting which caused her a lot of discomfort.

According to Blankmeyer, the discomfort got so bad that she began to suffer from serious depression, which eventually led to suicidal thoughts.
Blankmeyer alleges that when she reported the incident to the school authority and requested to be moved to a single room, the school denied her request.
