Flash Fry Chicken

A piece of chicken fillet in a little hot fat,
Turn it around this way and that.
Chop up an onion, sizzle and fry
A little red pepper to please the eye,
Pop on a plate with vegetable rice
This flash fry Chicken is rather nice.

Greek Style Eggs

Slice up 2 courgettes any old way,
We will make a Greek dish in the pan today
To soften and brown use Olive oil
Gentle heat, we don't want to boil-
Scramble 2 eggs into the dish,
Add oregano and a little salt if you wish.
Stir the ingredients around and around
Next to a salad this dish could be found.

Pig in the Pan

Flour a pork fillet, shake off what you can
Melt a little butter in a frying pan,
Brown the meat one side then t'other
Then with red wine and stock you smother,
Pop on a lid and simmer low
Adding sliced carrots as you go
After 10 minutes remove the lid
Then serve with potato, that's what I did

Tipsy Banana

Grab a banana and take off the peel
Smother in rum then in foil do seal
Lay on a tray warm right through
Then get some brown sugar
And here's what you do
Take your banana and put on a plate
Sprinkle with sugar
I bet you can't wait
Pour on the juice from out of the pan
Then gobble up quickly as fast as you can.
