Are you tired of trying turkey burgers that taste like lumps of saw dust? Have you never been happy with the taste of a turkey burger? Here is one you might just like. Laurie's Famous Turkey Burgers are quite tasty. I used to hate Turkey burgers until I tried these. Now I am hooked. Here are the ingredients and the recipe for these delicious burgers.

You'll need the following ingredients:
( This recipe will make 8 large turkey burgers)

2 pounds Ground Turkey. (We like Purdue ground turkey meat.)
1/2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Finely chopped onions
2 Eggs
Sprinkle of Parsley
1 Clove of minced Garlic
1/4 teas. Pepper
3/4 teas. Salt (season to taste)
1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
*Optional, 1/4 cup of finely chopped celery

Place your 2 pounds of Turkey into a medium to large bowl.
Add your seasoned bread crumbs and finely chopped onion to the turkey.
Mix together with the turkey the rest of your ingredients: 2 eggs, a sprinkle of parsley, a clove of minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and 3/4 teaspoons of salt. Lastly, add your cup of shredded cheddar cheese. *Also add your celery if desired.
Blend all your ingredients together and form the mixture to form 8 large turkey burgers.

Cooking:
Add a little olive oil to a large frying pan. Cook your burgers until browned on the outside and cooked thoroughly on the inside. (about 5- 6 minutes on each side)

Place on a bun, add lettuce, onion and tomato if desired.
