Ginger Chicken Soup is the sort of soup that is tasty to be eaten just as it is or to make yourself feel full you can try to eat it with a bowl of rice.
With its Ginger essence, this soup is very useful to relieve cold or symptom of influenza. It is best eaten while it is hot so you can also sweat out and feel good.
Ingredients:

One Chicken (Chopped into moderate pieces)

1 ltr of water.

1 ginger (chopped into moderate pieces and smashed a little)

2 Potato (peeled and chopped into small blocks)

2 teaspoon of salt.

2 ounce of Chinese Wolfberries (Optional)
Method of Cooking:

Prepare a Pot

Heat it
-
Poured in the water and let it boiled up

Put in the Chicken parts

After 15 minutes put in the Potato Blocks, ginger and the salt

Stir the soup
-
Cover the pot with the lid for about 10 minutes

Open it and stir
-
Turn off the heat or give it another 2 minutes if you add in the Chinese wolfberries.
Voila! You just got yourself a delicious Ginger Chicken Soup!
