Today I am writing about one of the leading medical colleges of Pakistan named Rawalpindi Medical College. The college is situated in Rawalpindi City on tipu road. The college was setup in March 1974 in the city of Faisalabad however was relocated to Rawalpindi during the same year. It is one of the best medical colleges of Pakistan and has till todate trained around 4500 doctors who are serving both at the national and international levels. Students from other countries also study at the college and many have gone back to their home countries to serve their people.
Local students are provided admission based on the results of the entry test and educational result for open merit while limited seats are also available on self-finance basis. The competition is very stiff and complete details are available at the college’s web site. International students are allowed admission under the technical assistance and self-finance basis.
