I was once an Internet Assistant Staff on one of the well known public internet station here in Panay, Philippines, and this public internet station café are a haven of snatchers and thefts especially if the situation inside the establishment are all very busy.
Those bad people who have nothing to do with their life, although they attack anytime and any day, but they most preferable time to attack is the opening of the business station as well as during sleepy hours and during busy hours.
It is very important to take note of the arrangement of all customers’ seats visible to the internet staff that controls everything while using the main server.
Public announcements such as:
“To all Customers, please take care of you belongings, BEWARE OF SNATCHERS”
A black big visible font color texts but those capital letters are in red color texts to easily catch eye attention, placards of poster to post for every wall so that the internet users may aware of the possible situations, that they will help too secure their belongings and not just by depending on the working staff because they are very busy too, for example, a total of 24 customer internet users against a single staff only, so how can he monitor the situations of possible to such attacks if someone is requesting an assistance because his computer is in a “hung state” and he didn’t yet save his work on typing documents? Or if someone is requesting to be print 30 pages but it needs to convert from short size paper to an A4 size paper output?

Then a sudden freaking sound of help because one of the users is being snatched, or someone grabbed her cell phone and too late, as the suspect is an already long gone, escaped.
This is a very common incidence that happened mostly in the public internet stations here in our place, as well as in PC gaming stations too.
