Preparing an omelette is one of the simplest thinks to do when you are hungry and you need an urgent, tasty and nutritive source of food. For one person, you can use two eggs. You need a bowl in which you must put the content of the eggs and mix it fast. Before mixing the eggs, salt must be added, along with other spices.

After the eggs are prepared, in a pan, a little sunflower oil must be poured and the pan should be placed on the gas stove for ten or twenty seconds. The eggs must now be placed in the pan and leaved for a few seconds. After the omelette begins to take form, it must be turned on the other side for a few seconds and then it must be taken out in a plate and served with a salad or pickles.

There are two types of omelette: flat and rolled, or folded. When you cook for multiple individuals, you should make one separate piece for each of them. The pan for cooking may not have to be bigger than 6 inches in diameter, because if the pan is too large, the eggs can spread too much and the composition can become thin and tied to the pan.

The main advantage of cooking an omelette is the speed, because only a few minutes are required. The rapid preparation makes the recipe perfect for breakfasts. The simplest version of the recipe is the one made in hot vegetable oil. For improved taste and nutritive value, you can use butter, bacon, onion, or even apples instead of oil. The apples and the onion still requires some small amount of oil. There are special pans that do not require oil and that are non-sticky.

Preparing an omelette can be very easy and fast. If you never cooked before, the recipe can be ideal for beginning with. If you have cooked before, you can experiment with additional ingredients, for a variety of taste improvements.
