You are a master craftsman of words
A true genius in the poetry world
At times when I feel I am lost for words
Your poems are there to fill the void

Spellbinding are the verses that you skillfully write
They make me decipher and read between the lines
They gently take me to a magical place and time
And give me a vision of a majestic paradise

I find myself falling on your writer’s trap
That gets me to a place leading to your heart
There’s nothing I can do but to follow that path
For I’ve been enchanted and truly lovestruck

I am so smitten by the spell that you cast
There’s always magic in everything that you write
Words that are tender get me so mesmerized
And make me appreciate the beauty of life

I get fascinated with your flowery stream of words
You fill up my senses as you express your thoughts
Then each time I reach the last line of your poems
I can’t help but long to read for some more

You make my heart pound like it never did before
Every beat of it tells me that it’s you I yearn for
Your words are like music with a beautiful melody
That makes my heart sing and dance in harmony

So take my hand now and be with me
I’ll give you my heart for I have fallen completely
Sing me your song in a form of poetry
My heart will tell you that you are my eternity
