Which do you think is best? Plagium or Copyscape?

This is the continuation of "How to use Copyscape for Free".

Here are some things I knew about Plagium and Copyscape. I may have missed out some things but these are the things I got from using both.

1. Plagium is totally free while Copyscape isn't; yet you can have it for free for 5 checks per ip or by using blogs.

2. Plaguim uses Yahoo search while Copyscape uses Google and Yahoo maybe and many others.

3. Plagium can't immediately find plagiarized items if you're going to submit the whole article. You have to have it one paragraph per check. Copyscape, on the other hand, allows you to have the whole article checked and makes you confident that you don't have it checked per paragraph.

4. Plaguim catches a lot of false positives. Words or phrases that people commonly use, Plagium considers them as plagiarized even though they are not really related or relevant to your article. Copyscape don't.

5. Plagium gives you a chart of the items similar to your content. Copyscape don't. Just like Plagium, Copyscape gives you the results and highlights the items similar in your article.

I would always say that Copyscape is better. But if you really want to make sure that your article is original then you can use both.

It is always better to be safe. Many people immediately judge you of plagiarism if you have at least a phrase similar to others even if you did not copy it intentionally.

There are just times that your phrases might look the same as others but just to avoid any conflict, you better have it checked first by Plagium and Copyscape to avoid any trouble.
