Philippines, Currently the Leading Top Believers that God Exists

Wake up in the morning, my television found outside my room is already watched by my friend, and local news I heard on cable TV channel.
The topic is all about religion and according to the reporter, currently, the leading top believers that God truly exists are us, Filipinos.

The volume level of the Television’s speaker are increase near to maximum, so, even though I’m just inside my room when I heard those conversations, I immediately goes out of my room and have a glance to the front of TV Screen.

As I continue listening about that reporter’s report, suddenly comes to my mind, thinking that the country Philippines are just a small country compare to it's neighboring and all of the countries.

Is it true that Philippines were currently the leading believers of God?

That God really exists?

What are the reason’s why?

Or maybe due to poverty, that people turns to God because of poverty or maybe not?

I also heard and watched on the local news during Gory Lenten seasons and about the feast of Black Nazarene, that every year it celebrates, there are increasing the number of devotees that joins because the reporter said, that the reason why is due to poverty.

One example is the ailment or a certain disease, a very expensive if treated in hospital, the people tend to ask the help of Black Nazarene or participating in Gory Lenten penitence watching the main subject nailed in the cross while others whipped their backs using a stingray's tail; or participating a dance to the Obando for God to grant some child or children’s if the mother is currently not capable to bear a child.

Or maybe, Philippines are full of traditional events, regarding feast of saints, yearly fiesta celebration to their patron in every barrio, town, or sub-cities. 

Or maybe, Philippines is the only country full of different types of Christian Religions that seems thousands of different Christian Religions, sects, newly invented unique Christian Religions, like Rizalism Religion, or another birth of Christian Religions that are, again, not associated with the Vatican Church.

Or are there any reasons, why Philippines “The Current Leading Believers of God”, for such a small country with overpopulated populations migrated or working on all of the foreign countries, are there any reasons why?
