The Preamble
"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
Explanation of the preamble:
Law and order must be maintained if freedom is to be maintained. Liberty is not license. Good government means that all citizens are secure in their lives and property.
The term “Americanism” covers all of the things that have made the American nation great and the American people free. It implies qualities of character as well as principles of the government.
The individual is the basis of the American nation. Unlike other ideas of government,
the American ideal places the individual first. The nation belongs to the individual, not the individual to the nation. The government exists for the purpose of serving the individual, not the individual for the purpose of serving the nation.
I feel like as Americans, we have the right to fight back to a government not being
able to hold up to the things that get promised to our America. As Obama came into office, we got promised that soldiers were going to be pulled from Iraq and brought back home but that has gone unsolved. We were told that taxes were going to be reduced for Americans, however that has gone unsolved also, which has left the economy in a recession. We deserve as the people to have someone give us their word and keep that word.
In May, 1773, Parliament gave money to the British East India Company so they
could lower their tea prices. The Americans got mad because the British East India
Company would trade only with pro-British merchants.
In September, 1773, the British East India Company put 500,000 pounds of tea on the market. They did this because they had so much extra tea on hand, and many of the members of Parliament were investors in the tea market. If there was too much tea for sale, tea would be cheaper and the members of Parliament would lose money.
The Boston Tea Party took place on December 16, 1773, when colonists threw tea into the Boston Harbor. They did this because they didn't like the British tea taxes.
Three ships had come from England and wanted to dock in Boston Harbor.
Because the ships wouldn't go back to England, Samuel Adams, John Hancock and
eighty other men disguised themselves as Natives Americans and threw all the tea into Boston Harbor. The Boston Tea Party was the idea of Samuel Adams. His cousin John Adams did not like mob action, but he wrote this about dumping the tea: "There is a dignity, a majesty, a sublimity, in this last effort of the patriots that I greatly admire."
The colonists sang a song about the Boston Tea Party. It started like this:
"Rally, Mohawks! Bring out your axes,
And tell King George we'll pay no taxes
On his foreign tea."
This is going to start with “the people” to make the difference and if we the
people can stand up to be one person; the government will be forced to listen so
please become a part of something that matters and take a stand.

In closing, the government body as a whole is starting to fail in functioning.
Failing to function because we only have a two party system and any other party that runs has no chance of winning. The two party sides have an immense amount of money and instead of using their finances toward common good such as paying off the National Debt, they use it to get their next party member elected.
Seats in the government were never meant to be a career, meaning it was meant to
be average persons takes his turn and then trades out with the next average person. An example of this is the Kennedy’s being a senator forty plus years and then we have a President who has been a community organizer so he has experience leading small groups but what does he know about running the country as a whole. Obama promise usstimulus packets, but did we see it? No, however the almost 800 billion has alreadybeen spent as this point. He promises 3.6 trillion budgets, but the country has lost 2.3 million jobs so far in 2009. the plan to scale down Iraq War by august 2010, however there is increase in violence in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
There are a few disturbing points that I have made but not to scare, only to bring
knowledge to the subject of our government. The constitution states that the people have rights, the people standing together make the difference in the government. As people we have the right to the pursuit of happiness, so please don’t let your happiness fade away because to you’re afraid to stand up for yourself.

Interesting post. I'd love to memorize and recite The Preamble. It tells a lot of guidance for our citizenship as well as fighting for our rights to a good governance and proper maximization of funds such as sales taxes. When governments experience an upset of revenues – there are two ways to deal with it. One is to reduce expenditures, which has been avoided. The other, is to increase revenue, which is to say, increase taxes – states or cities can't exactly get payday loans. The easiest way, and the least noticeable in some respects, is to increase .
