Is now the time for Netherlands?

The netherlands always become favourite in every soccer tournament, both of World cup and Euro cup..Since era of Johan Cruyff, Marco Van Basten, Ruud Van Nistelroy, Netherlands always become one of favourite..But The Netherlands are always failed in World cup..Their biggest achievement in World cup is runner up in World cup 1974, 1978 and 2010. Johan Cruyff become an inspirator for golden generation of Netherlands in 1970-1980 era..

And The Netherlands in era of Arjen Robben near for beating record of Johan Cruyff, but once again they are failed too..They were lost from Spain in final of World cup 2010..

They are only winner in Euro cup, in Euro cup 1988 in Marco Van Basteen era...

I read in one article who describe the opinion of Arjen Robben that he believes his country can win in Euro cup 2012 and follow the success in Euro cup 1988..

Robben gives reasin that now there are many young and talented footballer in The Netherlands team and it is the right time for our squad even our preparation is not good like our world cup 2010 preparation..

The Netherlands is in one groups with Germany, portugal and Denmark. Denmark is their first opponent in 9 June..This groups is death groups in Euro cup 2012. But many predict that The Netherlands and Germany can qualify from Group stage...

Let see their line up..

Marten Stekelenburg (AS ROMA player) is one of the best goalkeeper in the world..But even he is good goalkeeper, it is useless if his defender can`t work well too..

The second goalkeeper of The Netherlands is Tim Krul. He is Newcastle United goalkeeper..I think he deserve for this Euro cup.

I think their weakest position is defender area..Iam not sure the ability Wilfred Bouma, John heitinga, Joris Mathijsen, Khalid Bouhlarouz...they are good but i think it is not enough..but this is the best defender that Bert van Marwick can get it...

I can say that their strongest area is in central..They had good midfielder like Arjen Robben, Mark Van Bommel, Wesley Sneijder, Rafael Van De Vart, Ibrahim affelay and Nigel de Jong..

Forward is really awesome..Robin Van Persie is guarantee for The Netherlands..Huntelaar maybe can be another options if RVP are guarded by the defender..Dirk Kuyt must use this Euro cup as his last tournament maybe..He must be lucky can still play for The Netherlands team..

I think The Netherlands is really good, but iam not sure that they can follow their best performance in World cup 2010..
