Attention to the quality of writing by various author members, new and established at Expertscolumn is being screened as either not effective and or efficient as professional written.  This is a concern for both content writers who are diligent in posting well researched and or producing documents that are cited properly.  The issue of articles being published on the site is not just a blame of the poor writing skills of writers who obviously are passionate about wanting to express ideas and knowledge, but do not have strong writing skills, but also due to the non-editor existence at the company, currently.

There is no "editing" system at Expertscolumn.  Writing this article was prompted in me as a response to a writer who expressed she was on a site that initially had, as she put it, "crappy articles" and that the site no longer has a rampant influx of below par writing.  I was on that site briefly and it dawned on me that that company had an editor, as it was told to the new members.  For a site to have an editor yet still have an influx of article posting that someone can comment on another site saying, "crappy articles" existed is suspect. Perhaps editor's and or maybe a computer program at that site was scanning articles before being published had less to do with scanning for professional structure, but common grammatical errors, duplications and or SEO that could be lacking as a focal point before publishing prior articles.
Expertscolumn, as many upstart writing communities, will publish an article first, then find any problematic issue in an article through moderation mostly.  This would work if every writer in the world were expertly trained.  Nevertheless, some of the most trained experts can have a lazy day of writing and still produce an article that is not of the utmost professionalism on any given day and or steal from others.

It is and becoming even more an extensive job to track poor quality articles here on Expertcolum;  a job Han and I, in particularly, hope will continue to be appreciated for the good of Expertscolumn and all Expertscolumn writers.  This includes authors of articles that need assistance in publishing professionally written documents and who need help in being reminded to follow Expertscolumn.com guidelines. Those who get messaged by moderation can learn to gain a stronger sense of style and help in communicating ideas.  Quality writing on this site means Google will recognize Expertcolumn as being more reputable, making earnings increase for all involved in the functioning of the site. More traffic will be the result of money making articles and more daily viewership. How do you feel about Expertscolumn having only a few people to moderate as opposed to an editor? Do you think having an editor would be a good choice for the site? An editor would mean articles would take as much as a 24 hours or more to get published for everyone. Or maybe not. There could be a system put in place where proven quality and conscience writers get published immediately. Comments?

I think introducing an editor (not a computer program) can be useful. But it may delay publication of articles. Anyway it is good to do something to improve the quality of articles in order to save this site from getting downgraded.

By the way, I go in often and make minor grammatical errors, spelling and more on all articles and even titles if in the incorrect format.
