A MOTHERS LETTER TO HER DAUGHTER
To my dearest daughter, first I want you to know that you’re the best gift God has given to me, second of course to salvation. Without you, my life would have been meaningless and without direction; you brought color to my world.
When I first saw you, I fell in love with you. I cannot take off my eyes off you. Even though I lacked sleep at night, I can’t help but stare at you and marvel at God’s creation in your person. I still remember how I pose a question to God of how perfect he created human beings; in the way he set our eyes to see, our nose to smell and our mouth to eat even at an infant stage. I never tire of thanking God of giving you to me.
As you were learning to crawl, sit by your self, stand and eventually walked, I was there watching all your progress and always in awe and amazement how early your motor skills were developed.
When you entered pre-school, also made it a point to attend all the activities you have even as a working mom. I take pictures of every occasion you had at school for remembrance sake. In a months time, you will be entering grade school and how I would miss you since you will be there for the whole day already.
In your teen years, I hope you will still be my baby, who would cry to me when your hurt, tell me when you are sad and laugh with me when your are happy. I would want to know your experiences too, so I can share mine that you may learn from them.
And when you find your true love, which I am praying for as early as now, I wish that all may go well with both you; and be assured that when you decide to leave and be a wife, my prayers will always go with you.
I love you very much.

It isn't always safe to fall in love with your own daughter. I've seen daughters of 6 feet tall that do not love their mothers that badly. They can even shoot, you know? Even in dark movies.
looking for a daughter of such a mom

There's nothing more perfect than a "Mother's love".
