An Illusion

The sparkle that
I see in your eyes
is the same glow
that you see in
mine.

The secrets that
you harbor in your
mind are the same
mysteries with you
I share.

Of the wordless
thoughts in your mind
mindful am I in my
thoughts when
serene.

The wonders that
you're capable of
doing are, in fact,
the same miracles
I can perform.

The divine in you
is my God within.
Though as separate
do you see me as I
do you like the mirage
of an oasis, you
and I are one soul.

We are all one......

Love World Enslaved

Sing, my love.
In earnest, the song
sung the most melodious,
sigh, yeah, the most lyrical
sobs, the only sweetest,
the only memory left of
mine of you.

Sing your song with even more
tender rhythm, in consonance with
your harmonic symphony, notes rising
and falling like the tides, though as always
my mind will go round in circle like an eddy.

Trying as much as I can to trap your music
like Lorelei's behind my pillows!

Humdrum not it is, nor is it a ditty a fairy a
song mysterious she can sing, but a love
song the magical heart can, beyond compare,
like the moon serenades the stars. No, like the
stars offer resplendent flowers to sunrise.

Love me, my love,
sing me a song, a little
tune, a note, as a drop of
rain accidentally touching a
string of a lyre.

Like my tickled heart!
