Lastly drinking hot water with lemon juice also facilitates weight loss as the hot water catalyzes the biochemical reactions that convert fat deposits to energy and lemon is a source of vitamin C which also helps in the same reaction.

thanks dear but I heard somewhere that if younger people take lemon and water, if kind of effects bones in them so these things should be taken at a suitable age but there's no harm with the pranayaam at any age
