Marinated London Broil (Serves 4)

London Broil can be a delicious center of a meal for a meat lover; especially, a meat lover who loves rare meat. A Marinated London Broil cooked to perfection is absolutely delicious. This recipe for marinated London Broil only takes about ten minutes to broil. In order to serve the London Broil at the proper temperature, be sure to cook all of your side dishes before you cook the meat. Mashed potatoes, gravy and asparagus seem to go well with a good London Broil. Try the following recipe, I believe you will enjoy it.

Ingredients for your Marinated London Broil, marinated in Soy Sauce and Mustard:

1 1/2 pound, 1"thick, London Broil, top round or sirloin
1 Tablespoon- Dry Mustard
4 Teaspoons- Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons- Red Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon- Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon- Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon- Olive Oil.
1/4 Teaspoon- Salt
1/4 Teaspoon- Ground Black Pepper

Combine the mustard and soy sauce to make a paste. Stir in the vinegar, onion and garlic powders. Whisk in the olive oil. Place the beef in a glass baking dish. Pour the mustard, soy, etc… mixture over the beef and rub lightly to coat the entire piece, top and bottom. Cover and refrigerate for two to twenty-four hours.

Remove from refrigerator fifteen minutes before cooking. Move the top baking rack in your oven to about three inches from the broiler burner. Preheat the oven broiler. Coat cooking pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle your marinated London Broil with salt and pepper and then place it in the cooking pan.

Broil one side of the meat for five minutes (until the top is brown)
Broil the other side of the meat for about 4 minutes. (Meat will come out rare to medium rare and it taste better than if you cook it longer.)

Let the platter rest for about five minutes. Slice the beef diagonally and serve with the juices from the platter.

Enjoy your London Broil, marinated in Soy and Mustard.
