Learning: About the Author Sam Neace

About the author presents authors from every genre you might imagine. These authors are authors you would otherwise not know about or have limited knowledge of them or their work. These are authors who have taken the time to write more about themselves to share with their readers than most of the well-known authors that everyone has heard about take the time to do.

This author wrote his own “About the Author” for those parties interested so that they might know more about him and his work on a personal level rather than just a professional level. He is a new author and will have his work released very soon. He wants you to be aware of that time frame so you can watch for the release of her upcoming book, “Sugarland Melting.”

About the Author

Sam Neace is the author of Sugarland Melting, a necromancy thriller novel to be released by BlackWyrm publishing at Fandom Fest in Louisville, KY, July 22nd, 2011. Sam made headlines in 2009 as a cancer survivor, who walked 500 miles, from Hazard, Kentucky to Oprah’s studio in Chicago, Illinois, in pursuit of his dreams. He is the host of Killer Radio; the show that broke the world record for longest radio broadcast in February of 2011. On September 22nd, 2009, Sam left Hazard, Kentucky on a 500-mile walk to Chicago, Illinois, only 18 months after completing chemotherapy. He walked to raise money for the American Cancer Society and hand deliver copies of his writings to Oprah Winfrey at Harpo Studios.

Sam "The Killer" Neace hosts the most face melting radio show in Appalachia, "Killer Radio”, providing the best in original sketch comedy along with a mix of modern and classic rock n roll. In February, Killer Radio broke the world record for longest marathon hosting a radio talk show, by staying on the air for 53 straight hours! For most of RJ Rockhouse's ninety-nine years, rumors circulated through town that the reclusive millionaire was an evil warlock.
