This is usually prepared spicy with southern masala to flavor the savor.
1/2 kg tender lamb chops – washed finely
½ cup –lime juice
1 tbsp –ginger/garlic paste
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
A pinch of pepper powder
½ cup thick curd (yogurt)
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp - Olive oil
Method of preparation fro Lamb Chops Recipe:
Wash well the tender lamb chop pieces and marinate the chops with nicely mixed curd and the other mentioned ingredients except oil and set aside for 1 hour atleast. Place pan with your oil on low flame and drop in the lamb chop mix first –close lid and cook thoroughly for ½ an hour, in between keep stiring and turn over the chop several times for that even toast and grill –close and allow to cook for full half hour until meat/lamb is tender with a sight of golden touch,
Garnish with lettuce leaves, lemon slice, tomato slices, onion rings and fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with French loaf or choice of bread that meets the combination, steamed rice with lamb chop as side dish is also preferably a good meal. Enjoy with family and folks
