Fat-guy on the left of the screen, facing a Tall-guy opponent on the right side of the screen, both fighters sit on their chairs so that no one escapes or stepping back.
Fat guy uses Chi Dian Bun on most of his techniques, while the Tall guy is into Wing Chun also on most of his techniques.
At time bar 03:57, both fighters are into right classical sticking on-guard bridge position; the tall guy breaks the bridges (sticking forearms) by a left Bong Sau (Wing Hand) to gain easy of entry.
But that fat guy interrupted the attempt by executing a left Chiee punch which then stopped by a tall guy’s Wu Sau (Guarding Hand) at time bar 04:00.
At time bar 04:04, the tall guy successfully gain entry by assuming a Chi Dian Bun right Number 6 hand attack (a series of 3 circular attacking palms)
At time bar 04:07, the tall guy attempts another left Bong Sau (Wing Hand) as a transitioning, a stepping stone to gain another entry, to successfully scored a Hi Li Po Pai (Child Holding the Tablet Palm Strike) to hit the fat guy’s stomach and face.
At time bar 04:10, the fat guy retaliates with a right Chiee Punch while the tall guy intercepts it with the same defensive technique, a left Bong Sau (Wing Hand).
At time bar 04:13, another right Chiee punch attempt by a fat guy, but this time, that tall guy trapped the right bridge(forearm) of that fat guy with a tall guy’s left Taan Sau (Palm-up Hand) with a right Wu Sau (Guarding Hand).
You’ll notice that in time bar 04:14, the right bridge of the fat guy is temporary trapped, therefore, the only thing that he can do is to withdraw his bridge(forearm) back to defensive position.

After a dozens of back to back retaliations of offense and defense, the tall guy at time bar 04:22 finally insert a left inverted palm to hit the right lower rib cage of that fat guy, while the tall guy’s right palm is guarding or preventing the right guard hand of that fat guy.
This type of technique is actually the double palm strike of Wing Chun Kung Fu (very different to compare to Ngo Cho Kun’s Child Holding the Table Palm Strike)
