The borrowing of the Queen’s diamond tiara for her wedding generated news everywhere as this was the first time in the history of the British Royal Family to lend the Queen’s priceless diamond tiara to a commoner. No commoner has ever worn the Queen’s diamond tiara before with the exception of one beautiful woman named Kate Middleton.
According to experts of the Royal Family, the diamond tiara presently owned by Queen Elizabeth II has been previously used only by Queen Mary, The Queen Mum and the Princess Royal. No one else has been privileged to use the diamond tiara.
But today, the 29-year-old commoner from Reading, Berkshire – Kate Middleton has proudly worn the priceless gem to tie the knot with the love of her life Prince William.
The priceless diamond of a Tiara is reported to have been made as far back as 1919 for Queen Mary and since then it has moved from one Queen to another.
Kate Middleton was born in Reading, England and is the eldest of three children born to Carole Elizabeth Middleton an airline stewardess and Michael Francis Middleton a flight dispatcher for British Airways.
