Job satisfaction is influenced by management culture and style and employees involvement. It includes method such as job rotation, job enlargement and job enrichment. These methods are use by organizations for saving and satisfying employees. Giving them the right opportunities, freedom and satisfied their need, the organization receives what it needs- more profit, better name and reputation, satisfied customers and well organized and productive workers.
Job rotation is a degree when the employee is move from one task or a department to another one. The idea is to help the employee understands how to work better and reduce boredom. Job enlargement is the degree of giving more opportunity and task to the employee. Job enrichment is the giving more control over the planning and evaluation of work.
For everyone job satisfaction has a different meaning. For one, it is a higher salary or monthly bonuses. For other, job satisfaction means promotion, freedom, higher level in the organization. For most employees, “job satisfaction lead to several benefits such as: reducing moral stress, create new thinking and innovation.”(Brabete, 2010) All these factors, however, show that job satisfaction is linked to motivation. For example, if employee motivates to be promoted, he/she will work hard and when he/she is promoted, he/she will be satisfied.
The atmosphere in the working place is an important part of job satisfaction for a worker. It is related to the satisfaction because it makes the employees happy, productive and relaxed. If they are in an inappropriate for them situation, the employees can be unhappy and less productive. To satisfy their employees, managers in organizations, try to created strong relationship between workers and to give them space. VICKO ltd, for example, give the employees their personal space in front desk, great a special program for their shifts and allow them to use their own knowledge about storing the information and items.
Job satisfaction is not important only for employees but also for organizations. It is important for the employees because “they will care about the quality of their work, will create superior value to the customer.” Also, “they are more committed to the organization and their works are more productive. For the organization, employees’ satisfaction is important because they “increase productivity and customer satisfaction and reduce turnover, recruiting, and training costs.”The employees can “enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.” When employees are satisfied “they are more energetic employees. Higher quality products and services due to more competent energized employees.”( Ngo, 2010)

In the past employees were more satisfied than they are now. May be, it is because of the proficiency level of organization and their structure. From 1987 to 2010 most organization loses a lot of employees. It can increase the turnover and decrease the organizations outcomes. Nowadays, managers understand the need of their employees and try to improve the level of satisfaction among them.
For the benefits of the organization and the employees, the managers shares their visions and missions, the ideas of improvement and include the workers in decision-making process. To motivate and satisfied the employees, organizations give them more time and freedom, individuals assignments and move them to different departments. Most organization concentrates over getting know the employees, communication and giving them a clear feedback.
Improving the job satisfaction can be faced by rewards, training programs and bonuses. When a company wants to concentrate its attention over employees’ satisfaction, it can do it in two ways. First, face-to-face communication method, there, the manager of an organization can have a clear conversation with an employee. The manager can see employee’s emotions and wishes and at the same time can have different strategies for everyone. Second, survey method, here, employees anonymously answer a bunch of question about how they feel about job, what they need and want to be more productive. Most organizations prefer to use a survey method because their employees can answer more truly and are real in their answer.
