I know what I hate and I'm sure that you do too but what about Triond? Now I know that this is a rival site to Expertscolumn but there is no comparison between the two. Expertscolumn wins hands down and no I'm not an employee, just an honest subscriber to the site.
I recently submitted a few articles to the Triond site, after signing up, and then waited for my submissions to be reviewed before publishing. Slightly different process on Expertscolumn where your articles are published immediately with the proviso that they have to pass quality and plagiarism controls, fail that and they are deleted.
But what I hate about the Triond process is that you wait ages before anything happens and when something did happen, in my case, it was to tell me that my articles weren't up to the standards required. What rubbish! I've posted over 30 articles on Expertscolumn to date and have received favourable comments from other writers and a consistent daily page view average. I also pride myself on original content, human interest, humour, spelling and grammar.
Some of the content on Triond is extremely sub standard with innumerable spelling and grammatical errors. I have posted several messages to the administrative team at Triond, if there is one, asking for their reasons for declining my submissions, I wanted to know what their criteria for acceptance was. Have I had an answer, well not so far anyway but I'll keep you posted on that. Indeed their whole communication process is confusing and convoluted. I wasn't sure if my question/complaint was being directed to a Triond website administrator or to a secondary site called 'get safisfaction'. Either way no responses from either sites.
Not a good way to welcome a new member don't you agree?
When I have contacted Expertscolumn for info their response times were very good and reasonably quick bearing in mind the different time zones involved.
Maybe I will get my answers from Triond soon and if I do I will update this post forthwith with their reasons for declining my articles. If they want to be a successful business they would do well to protect genuine non plagiaristic writers, like myself, with a modicum of literacy and talent who enjoy the opportunity to share their writing with a wider audience.
At the moment Expertscolumn remains my favourite and preferred site for this type of work.
Anyone else had any disappointments with the Triond website and if so please comment in the box below this article? Thanks for reading this, I'm slightly miffed and a little hurt.

In my experience, Triond are far too late at publishing articles. Newsworthy articles can take days to go up by which time they are no longer news. When they do go up, they go in the wrong category, and my last three articles haven't earned anything.
It's not actually the earnings which bother me so much but I would like to get some decent page views. It doesn't seem to matter what you do to promote them either.
Yes, even I stopped publishing my content in triond. It's worthless.
Sorry I'm late! I completely agree! They did the same thing to me, and so I said screw them! I decided to just keep writing here because I trust the admins, and they are quite friendly people. I even wrote an article about this subject as well.
Triond is like that. It has been on the downfall since a year now. They don't care about the contributors.

Triond is the worst content site I've ever been on. I got somewhat of $0.50 one month, the next half the amount and the third nothing. Bearing in mind I've been with Triond for over a year, earnings are deteriorating there.
I've recently cancelled my Triond account and deleted it, but they kept my articles live on there site, so I am angry that they have stolen my content.
Would not recommend Triond.
If you think Triond is strict, you should try writing for Helium. I have to submit and re-submit a few times for some articles. They have zero-tolerance on grammatical error.
Anyway, on impression based earning, Expert pays more than Triond.
You will make more money with Triond only by revenue sharing with Google Adsense. That is what I think.

Apologies to all my American friends. Oh well, I won't be earning a few shekels then!
Got some pretty aggressive answers from those at Triond and I won't give them the pleasure of any of my articles in the future. Rubbish site, rubbish customer relations and PR and the typical American attitude of 'we know best', avoid at all costs.
I am sorry for your experience. Triond is my main content site to write for, but, I post here too. You are quite right, their response to issues is slow or not at all. I have just decided that I won't bother. And I can't imagine them saying that your writing isn't up to standard, because it seems quite good to me. The only thing that I can think of is maybe you submitted something that you previously posted elsewhere, which is a no no with Triond. However, you can post previously published articles with Expertscolumn, which is it's appeal. I like both sites, cause it never hurts to have two sources of money coming in. Don't get discouraged.

Thank you all for responding to my article. The latest news is that a Triond employee has messaged me but I don't have any answers yet to my concerns. My primary question is why they declined all 10 of my articles, I'll find out soon I hope. Just can't believe that they felt that the writing wasn't up to standard, read my articles on Expertscolumn, they're no different.

I think no matter with Triond, The one just make me dissapointed with triond is they give little commission for articles view, I choose Expertscolumn because I can see my earning growing from time to time, don't like Triond. Anyway thanks for sharing this article.

sounds you very dissapointed to triond, I don't know what happened with your article, but you could read tiond's TOS before posting your article, I have joined triond few months ago and I enjoy writing there, although triond still haven't pay attention to spelling and grammar but recently they was try to fix it. Each site have their own plus and minus.. I just hope .. I could be a great writter.. thanks :)
