I Am So Sick of Bigoted Generalisation!

I am honestly so sick of reading things like "How to keep Muslims away from your neighbourhood" with advice on burying a pig on the potential construction site of a new mosque.

Yes, you are reading correctly.

Some bigoted Christians find it funny to bury pigs on land that was designated to have a mosque built on, just to avoid having Muslims in their neighbourhood.

Gosh, will people never learn?

When I ask why these people intend to avoid having mosques built, I get bombarded with horror stories like "Do you want to have people in your neighborhood who behead little children?" or "Do you want to have terrorists in your neighbourhood?".
I am puzzled by this ignorance and intolerance!

And the most "funny" thing is that comments like that are for 99% made by Americans. Americans who had built their country on religious freedom!

Where is religious freedom when you are not allowed to build a temple, church or mosque?

And those people do not realize that they are victims of plain stupid generalisation.
They are not capable to see the truth!

The truth is that any terrorist attacks or any other bad things you hear about Muslims are done by an extremist MINORITY!

The vast majority of muslims are honest people like you and me. I know one Turkish man personally and he is the hardest working and most honest man I know. He cares for his non-muslim wife and no, she does not have to wear a headscarf!

On the other side, I know that these stupid and bigoted people are also only a minority. That is the only positive thing about them.
But why are some people so blind?

And what would be interesting to know is:
Do they also believe that all black people are criminals?
Do they also believe that all Jews are thiefs and killing babies?

If yes, welcome to the beliefs of the Nazis.

As a German I am disgusted by such beliefs.

When will people learn?
