How to make chicken like KFC

Recipe for KFC like chicken

This chicken is soya chicken in peking sauce and it tastes like KFC chicken.

Please don’t ask me if the eating style of this dish is to peck at the chicken, like my friends uncle asked.So, leaving that aside lets get ready to make KFC chicken

Time preparation 20

Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs

¼ tbsp white pepper

½ tbsp soya sauce

1 tbsp chili paste

1 tbsp ajino moto

1 ½ tbsp teriyaki sauce

Salt to taste

Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients for 20 minutes

Batter:
½ tsp salt/white pepper/ajino moto/oil

1 egg white

2 tsp baking powder

4 tbsp all purpose cooking flour

5 tbsp corn flour

Water as required

Mix all the above ingredients to make a thick batter.

Dip the marinated chicken in the batter and fry till it turns golden brown.

Note

Never mix the chicken in the batter but each piece of chicken should be dipped and immediately fried for better result

Sauce:
½ tsp ginger and garlic/ white pepper

½ tsp ajino moto/ salt/ sugar

1 tsp dries chili seeds/ chili paste

1 ½ oil

2 tbsp tomato sauce

Heat all the above ingredients on a non stick pan and pour on the fried chicken.

You can eat this chicken with fried rice or any kind of rotti.

This also goes great in buns and along with french fries.
