A person with a lot of worries or currently suffering from work stress or family stress is more prone of experiencing insomnia. Other causes include serious or chronic diseases as well as drinking tea or coffees which are known as stimulants.

Gentle exercise in the morning and night allows the body to have a sound sleep. Lastly, make it a habit to set time for sleeping and waking up in the morning.
