Insomnia is a condition in which a person suffers from lack of sleep or if not, difficulty sleeping. Adequate sleep is very important for our body to take a rest and recover itself from stress. The body, through sleeping, find time to relax and relieve the fatigue brought about our day to day activities. It is recommended that we get around seven to eight hours of sleep. Insomnia can be caused by various factors. One of which is mental tension. Gentle exercise in the morning and night allows the body to have a sound sleep. Lastly, make it a habit to set time for sleeping and waking up in the morning.
