Preparation of Chilli Paneer at home
I am sure most of the house wife like to cook something new dish for their family members specially for their children. It is always healthy to prepare something in house then to have it in some restaurant.
So lets begin preparing the Chilli Paneer in our home kitchen
About 350 gms paneer, 2 tablespoon Salt, 1 Egg, 1/2 cup corn flour, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 2 cups coarsely chopped onions, 2 tablespoon sliced green chillies, 1 tablespoon soya sauce, 2 tablespoon vinegar, 1/4 tablespoon ajinamoto, oil for frying and water. Of course the utensil as per your choice from your kitchen
Method for preparation
Cut the paneer into cubes. Mix together the cottage cheese, 1tsp salt, egg, corn flour, garlic, ginger and water to just coat the paneer pieces with the mixture. Heat oil in pan and fry the paneer pieces coated with mixture till it turn golden in colour. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a wok and stir fry the onions in it over high heat for half a minute. Add green chillies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, ajinamoto, and fried paneer cubes. Mix well, and garnish the chilli paneer with finely cut spring onions and coriander.
