It took several decades, but doctors now agree with millions of mothers to tell their children to turn of the light so they can go to sleep. Experts are now saying that exposure to excessive light at night can be emotionally, socially and detrimental to our health.
Who would have figured that out? So their s a reason for night? If lights on excessive during the night, then we might be distracted from sleep. Hmm that's a surprise. Could that be why states like Las Vegas that thrive on a well lit boardwalk and casino strip and newly designed 42nd Street that looks brighter than a gigantic christmas tree from one avenue over to the last is why people are so hyped when they leave that they still find it difficult to sleep when they try too? Makes sense. Guess it is worth a buck or two for that deduction.
The health effects of excessive bright lights is a serious health concern for the American Medical Association. The medical association believes excessive bright light exposure can be responsible for car accidents and cancer. AMA theories are based on the type of lights, how long and how both situations effect our body clock. The American Medical Association wants funding to do more research on its findings.
