Honey is a most digestible saccharide compound. It works most efficiently as nourishing and gaining heat. It produces vitality, energy as well as it forms certain tissues.
Honey is one of the most worthful elements but it is not sufficiently accepted in the present days. It is very good to consume it frequently. Human system actually needs some kind of sweets to regain lots of energy. Proteins can replace and build tissues but the duty of carbohydrates is to produce and replace heat as well as energy. Honey is able to do this job. It contains levulose and dextrose and it also has so many advantages of food contents.
Biblical references show that honey with milk is most useful for the oldest nourishments. Though these are not a complete food but they are good enough as a supplement of insufficiency of other food contents.
The Indian honey mainly “Sunderban” honey is world famous for its goodness. Sunderban is located in the state of West Bengal, India in the border of Bay of Bengal. The poor people collect the honey from this jungle area without caring of their lives as there is always risk of dangerous Royal Bengal Tigers.
