He is Hungry and Lonely We Can Help Him
I was only three when my mother first left me in the company of a baby sitter. She had no choice as her sister, my aunty had met with an unpleasant incident and her duty was calling her. It was only for two hours and the baby sitter was no other them our daily house cleaner. I was too young to understand the complications of human relation at that time. Maybe I thought my mother had only two relatives me and my father and we are to whom she belongs.
‘When will my mother come?’ I asked my house cleaner
‘In a little while baba’ she took me her arms.
‘Has she left us’ I asked her tears rolling down my eyes
‘No sh. Sh. Who tells you all that stuff? She will be back soon she has gone to meet your aunty’ my house cleaner tried to calm me
I refused to play and to eat. An otherwise happy and easy to care child was creating problems for my house cleaner she never thought I was capable. She called my mother who hurried back; I eat only after my mother was back. I told my mother never to leave me.
‘I am afraid when you are not there never leave me alone’ I hugged her tightly never to let her go
‘My baby, why will your mother leave you? She loves you’ my mother hugged me back.
I am married now but that hug is still close to my heart. It gives you strength when your mother is close to you. The mere thought that if my mother never returned that day leaves me cold at feet.
However, there are kids who are facing this irony. They are waiting for their mother and she might not come. Even they are kids, they are hungry and they are afraid too, they are lonely. Their only hope is their mother who assured them food before she left but she has not returned yet. These kid are waiting in the jungle without shelter and protection wishing every minute for her mother’s return. He is a baby tiger.
WE CAN HELP HIS MOTHER COME BACK. SAVE TIGERS, HELP A LONELY CUB. We cannot snatch the opportunity form our grandchildren to see tigers alive, tigers the fastest animal alive should not extinct, we know we can save them.
SAVE TIGERS…
