Google insight is a fantastic tool when used along side the google keywords tool and as both are free, it is a fantastic starting point for webmaster's looking for good keyword to help promote there site.  As google insight is based on the auto complete function of google search it will show you the best options offered to google user's as they are typing into google what they are looking for.

Google insight not only gives you the top similar searches, it also allows you to define the region you are targeting  so you can tune your keywords to the local search terms currently in use, therefore improving the quality and quantity of traffic you are attracting.
