How to tell if a certain food product really is organic or not.

Some might claimed that there are no scientific evidence available which shown a significant difference between organic and conventionally grown food in terms of safety, nutritional value, or taste. But we’ve heard of how dye or preservatives might be injected to some of those products.

So, from all of those fruits and veggies available in the market, how would you identify which products are really organic? Keep in mind; Food products which claimed to be “natural”, even with “natural” sticker on it, but without further information of organic productions are not always the organic ones. Here is how to tell if a certain food product is organic or not.

What you need to do is check the labels and read the messages.
Find the organic certification from local authorities on the packaging.
Examine the packaging to find whether the supplying company is committed to the organic lifestyle or not.
Find the original location of the producer. Fruits, vegetables and meats from local farms are more likely organic.
List the ingredients and dietary information from mass-produced food to compare with the organic one. Product which use the same dyes and preservatives in mass-produced food are not organic.
Ask the clerk at the organic grocery store to help you, in finding foods which are trully organic.
