I personal know a lot of people who feel like this at first but thats not why I’m writing this article. I recently discovered a program called secretly pregnant. These women were’t under three months, they were like 5 months and more. Yet they still felt the need to need to hide it from the people they loved.

Daniel - She is scared to tell her grandfather that she is pregnant because she fears he will be disappointed about the baby due to the fact that she is not married and doesn’t have a job. However she won’t be able to hide it from him much longer as she’s 23 weeks a long in her pregnancy.

Jen - As a very different reason for hiding her pregnancy. Last year she gave birth to a stillborn baby boy and her new pregnancy due date is on the anniversary of her son’s birth/death. She fears if she tells people she’s pregnant again someone will go wrong.

Danie - I could relate to this one the most. Even though she is 23 years old Danie is scared to tell her father that she’s pregnant and she’s now 5 months along and knows the sex of the baby.

I can understand wanting to hide your pregnancy for the first three months, most people do that, but why hide it for so long? Surely its better to get it over and done with no matter what the circumstances.

I knew someone who hid their pregnancy for over 7 months. She was a little on the plump side and rather than the classic large bump of late prognancy she just looked like she'd put on a little more weight.
