There are celebrities who have a gained a college education before becoming popular.  Some have pursued their education after becoming famous stars.   There are celebrities that have gained a medical degree.  These famous people are now actors, actress, producers, writers, presently famous doctors  or have pursued other professions.

She is a Medical Correspondent for the TV Series, 'The Early Show' and also the O’Reilly Factor.  She obtained a medical degree from Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2000.
