Expertscolumn.com vs. Triond.com

1. Expertscolumn has a front page that shows ALL users recent articles. Triond only had this feature available to friends. This is a great oppurtnity for people to get noticed. Instead of going out and looking for an article and acidentally stumbling over yours, Expertscolumn brings your article to the reader!
2. Triond has a better web layout than Expertscolumn. Even though Expertscolumn is simple and to the point, Triond was organized better, and had a little more little perks such as badges and charts displaying where people are viewing your content from and what keywords they're using.
3. Expertscolumn is a lot more simple then Triond. The graphics could use a bit of enhancing, but for the most part, it's good for users that prefer simpler websites. I personally prefer Triond's layout because it was nice and sleek.
4. Triond's article editor was a little bit better considering the fact you could add a description and a picture which is really useful for readers.
5. I like how, unlike Triond, all articles writen on Expertscolumn are on the expertcolumn website. Triond's setup was multiple websites themed differnetly. This was good, but if your article was uploaded to the wrong themed website, you wouldn't get any views, and Triond misplaced articles often.
6. Triond had an automatic payment system, wereas Expertscolumn has it where you must request a payment. And plus, the minium payout from Triond is $0.50 with PayPal, but on Expertscolumn, the mininum is $5.00. Considering the rate I receive views, it might be a while until I get to $5.
7. The friend systems on these websites are very much a like. The users are friendly and it is easy to get in contact with them and add them to your friend list.
8. Triond seems a little more popular then the Expertscolumn, but hopefully it becomes more popular because I really like it.
9. Account creation for the Expertscolumn was kind of too much. Nothing ridicuous, but some lazy people might not care enough to finish account creation. Triond was simple enough.
10. The staff at Triond seem to be a little more active then the staff at Expertscolumn, (but I'm new here, so this might not be the case.)

This is my comparison between Expertscolumn and Triond. In the end, I think each website has an important quality that the other one lacked. Triond looks better, but web layout-wise, it could use some work. And the Expertscolumn has the web layout working smoothly, but the ycould use some graphical overhauls.
